Bryan was the founder and principal of WellSpring Planning, LLC, a full service, fee-only financial planning firm, which was merged into St. John & Associates in early 2007. Bryan completed the requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERä professional in 1994 and has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry as a financial planner and investment specialist.
Bryan has a degree in business management from City College of San Francisco, studied economics at the University of San Francisco, and is a graduate of the Denver College of Financial Planning. He is on staff at the Continuing Education Department of Kennesaw State University where he has taught investment planning in the CFP program.
Bryan’s professional affiliations include the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), the Georgia Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), the ElderCare Matters Alliance and the Estate Planning Council of North Georgia.
A past member of Rotary and Kiwanis, Bryan has also volunteered with Senior Living Services for the Elderly and provided financial planning services to members of the military. He and his wife Tamara have two sons, both of whom have served in the military. When not working, he enjoys working out, kayaking, scuba diving and martial arts.
