Bryan was the founder and principal of WellSpring Planning, LLC, a full service, fee-only financial planning firm, which was merged into St. John & Associates in early 2007. He completed the requirements to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional in 1994 and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry as a financial planner and investment advisor.
Bryan has a degree in business management from City College of San Francisco, studied economics at the University of San Francisco, and is a graduate of the Denver College of Financial Planning. He is also certified in Blockchain and Digital Assets as well as an early investor in various cryptocurrencies. Bryan’s professional affiliations include the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), the Georgia Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals (DACFP).
A past member of Rotary and Kiwanis, Bryan has also volunteered with Senior Living Services for the Elderly and provided pro bono financial planning services to members of the military. He and his wife Tamara have two sons, both of whom are military veterans. When not working, he enjoys reading, exercise, hiking and martial arts.
